WhipFlipp is a sports/play device with a slinging-effect. WhipFlipp is explicitly only to be played with suitable WhipFlipp balls allocated to the play device by AIM Produkte AG.
Using WhipFlipp for purposes other than those intended, or improper use of the device, may result in accidents.
WhipFlipp is not a baby/toddler toy. Small parts may become loose and could be swallowed by a child.
WhipFlipp should not be played after using any creams or oils of any kind on the hands. There is a danger of losing grip of the handles, which could result in an accident.
Perspiration, e.g. on palms, should be regularly dried with a towel to prevent the hands from slipping.
The grippers of SPORT have to be checked and tightened on a regular basis with the allocated tool.

AIM Produkte AG refuses to accept any liability for accidents occurring while playing WhipFlipp. Each WhipFlipp player, or guardian of such, has the responsibility to act in a careful and conscientious manner.
